The Bee City Committee shall serve as an advisory body which will review and advise the County Administrator on actions to help galvanize the community to help sustain pollinators in the local environment.  The Committee will advise the County Administrator on ways to provide healthy habitats to native pollinators, with the need for native plants and less pesticides. The Committee will also suggest events and outlets to educate the public on the need for pollinators in Gloucester County and will assist in meeting the commitments of a Bee City USA Affiliate.
