Guidance of and operating procedures for the County's mosquito control program are provided by the Gloucester Mosquito Control Commission's written Integrated Mosquito Management Program.

Three members, one of which is the state health commissioner or designee who serves a chairperson, and two additional members are appointed by the Gloucester Board of Supervisors for a four year term.
